Brandon Kwae

- Brandon has been dancing & competing since 1995. His interest in ballroom & latin dancing began after watching the Ohio Star Ball Championship on PBS. Soon after, he started taking dance lessons 6 nights a week while working full time 50-60 hrs/week
- As time went by, he quickly became obsessed with salsa music & dance, winning 3rd place in the 1st LA Salsa Congress Competition's Professional Division. Striving to produce great quality salsa dancers, he believes in teaching his students on being relaxed & efficient in addition to being musical by changing the speed of body movements.
- Fascinated by tango after watching Pablo Veron in "Tango Lesson " the movie, he has been pursuing his goal of becoming a great tango dancer & teacher by studying tango under the guidance of great tango dancers such as Miriam Larici & Leonardo Barrionuevo, Hugo Patyn, Osvaldo Zotto & Lorena Ermocida, Susana Miller, Daniela Arcuri, Guillermina Quiroga, Claudio Villagra & Romina Levin, Francisco Forquera & Carolina Bonaventura, Jorge Torres, Julio Balmaceda & Corina de la Rosa, Roberto Reis, El Gallego Manolo & Marta Anton, Mariano"Chicho" Frumboli, Sebastian Arce & Mariana Montes, Esteban Moreno & Claudia Codega and Norberto "Pulpo" Esbrez to name a few.
